Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable once payment has been completed. Remaining payment to be made in salon. If you are unable to attend the date you have booked, you will be allowed to reschedule for another date if it is within the 24 hour cancellation policy. If it is made after the 24 hours, your booking will be forfeited and you will need to book onto the next available course and pay the non-refundable deposit. If for any reason the academy cancels your booked course you will receive the full deposit back.
